Job Requirements:
1. Major in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field, with proficient skills in PLC programming.
2. 3–5+ years of experience in electrical design for industrial automation equipment; candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment development are preferred. (Outstanding recent graduates are also welcome.)
3. Familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, and selection of electrical components; proficient in programming one of the following PLC systems: Mitsubishi, Omron, or Keyence, and knowledgeable about industrial bus communication protocols. Skilled in using electrical drafting software such as AutoCAD to create designs like electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Possess strong theoretical knowledge of electrical control systems and are well-versed in selecting appropriate electrical components.
4. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, robust communication and coordination abilities, and is both humble and capable—able to collaborate closely with teams in areas like mechanical engineering and software development. Additionally, demonstrates outstanding problem-solving skills and stress tolerance, making it easy to adapt to business travel and extended working hours.
6. Age requirement: 18–45 years old
Job responsibilities:
1. Based on the technical requirements of the wafer dicing machine, perform electrical control architecture design, develop electrical solutions and schematic designs, select appropriate electrical components, and prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM). Use EDA software to create electrical diagrams and compile design documents such as PLC/HMI programs.
2. Proficient in programming Mitsubishi and Panasonic PLCs and touch screens, and assisting with equipment debugging during assembly.
3. Equipment Debugging: Responsible for the electrical debugging of equipment, collaborating with departments such as mechanical and software teams to complete full-machine commissioning, and resolving any electrical issues that arise during the process. Additionally, optimize equipment performance to ensure stable and reliable operation.
4. Technical Support: Provide electrical technical support for the equipment’s manufacturing and testing processes, guiding electrical assembly and integration tasks. Also, participate in on-site equipment installation and after-sales maintenance, diagnosing and resolving any electrical issues encountered during field operations.
