Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as electronics, mechanical engineering, or semiconductors.
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor packaging production processes, or experience in selling related equipment.
3. Skill Requirements:
- Familiar with semiconductor packaging processes and equipment operation skills, and have a solid understanding of the working principles and applications of key packaging equipment.
- Familiar with the semiconductor packaging market and possesses a solid network of client relationships.
- Possess solid English reading and writing skills, and be familiar with semiconductor-related technical terminology.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork skills.
- Able to handle business travel and possesses strong stress-management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
- Providing technical consulting and tailored solutions for semiconductor clients, including packaging equipment such as wafer dicing machines and die singulation machines.
- Assist the sales team in resolving technical issues customers encounter while using the product.
- Responsible for demonstrating equipment, facilitating technical discussions, and providing technical training to ensure customers use the products correctly.
2. Sales Coordination:
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing technical assistance.
- Participate in customer process requirement surveys, provide expert recommendations, and help customers select the right equipment.
- Follow up on project progress, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
