Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with majors in Marketing, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. 3–5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment sales management; preference given to candidates with experience in selling wafer dicing machines or other related semiconductor packaging equipment.
2. Familiar with the semiconductor industry's supply chain structure, market dynamics, and customer demand characteristics. Possesses strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and market analysis capabilities.
3. Understand the semiconductor packaging market and possess a solid network of client relationships. Have strong English reading and writing skills, and be familiar with specialized English terminology in the semiconductor industry.
4. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, with the ability to travel on business as needed. Equipped with independent problem-solving skills and exceptional stress resilience.
5. Age requirement: 20–45 years old
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing the market for wafer dicing machines, identifying potential customers through various channels, and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Based on market demands and competitive dynamics, formulate sales strategies and plans to achieve targeted revenue goals.
2. Conduct in-depth communication with customers to accurately understand their business needs and challenges, and provide tailored wafer dicing machine solutions. Assist customers in equipment selection and process evaluation, ensuring that the equipment meets their production requirements.
3. Conduct business negotiations with clients, including product demonstrations, price quotations, and negotiation of contract terms, to finalize sales agreements. Responsible for signing, executing, and monitoring sales contracts, ensuring smooth contract fulfillment and timely collection of payments.
4. Regularly follow up with customers, gather their feedback, address any issues they may have, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain long-term, positive communication and collaboration with clients to encourage repeat purchases and help expand their market share.
5. Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Technology, and Production to jointly drive the implementation and delivery of projects. Coordinate company resources to ensure that customer needs are promptly addressed and met, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
