Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must hold a full-time associate degree or higher, with a major in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or a semiconductor-related field. For candidates with extensive experience, the educational requirement may be relaxed accordingly.
2.1-3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment debugging; preference given to candidates with hands-on experience in precision wafer dicing equipment or automated systems. Candidates familiar with the principles and practical operation of diamond blade/laser cutting equipment will be prioritized. Outstanding recent graduates may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Familiar with the operating principles of components such as motors, cylinders, and sensors; proficient in basic circuit knowledge and fundamental PLC logic; capable of interpreting circuit diagrams and possessing independent troubleshooting skills.
4. Understand the basic processes of semiconductor packaging, able to interpret engineering drawings such as wafer maps and dicing path diagrams, and possess fundamental document-writing skills.
5. Possess strong engineering analysis and logical thinking skills, demonstrate excellent hands-on abilities, be willing to undertake temporary business trips, and strictly adhere to semiconductor equipment safety operating procedures.
6. Age requirement: 20–40 years old
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in pre-sales testing and debugging of equipment to ensure that performance meets the required standards;
2. Address abnormal issues before equipment leaves the factory, gather relevant information, and report any defects.
3. Assist in the on-site installation and commissioning of equipment after delivery, provide customer operation training, and offer ongoing technical support.
4. Document and report on-site issues, assisting in optimizing equipment performance and process workflows;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
