Job Requirements:
1. Candidates should have a secondary vocational education or higher, with a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, electrical automation, or a related field. Experienced applicants may be considered even if their educational qualifications are slightly below the requirement.
2. Candidates holding a low-voltage electrician certificate are preferred; those with a high-voltage electrician certificate are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants with 1–3 years of experience in factory power distribution, equipment assembly, or power supply and distribution within the semiconductor/electronics industry—and who are familiar with secondary wiring operations—are strongly favored.
3. Familiar with the performance and operating principles of high- and low-voltage distribution equipment, and proficient in hands-on skills such as electrical wiring and circuit testing. Preference will be given to candidates who can read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and have a solid understanding of basic PLC logic as well as the characteristics of commonly used electrical components from leading brands.
4. Possess basic skills in diagnosing electrical faults and handling emergencies; work with precision and attention to detail, demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be willing to comply with travel arrangements.
5. Age requirement: 18–40 years old
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the installation, secondary wiring, and commissioning of electrical components for equipment; able to independently complete wiring tasks for electrical panels and entire equipment systems based on BOMs and electrical diagrams.
2. Identify and address faults such as short circuits and electrical leaks, ensure reliable grounding, and maintain thorough repair records.
3. Familiar with the installation and wiring of non-standard equipment, responsible for the electrical circuit installation and machine assembly tasks; also collaborate to complete pre-delivery power-on tests and troubleshooting of any faults.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
